Our Policy

When a litter has arrived, those on our contact list are contacted. They are given priority on the kittens before accepting new applications. At this time, a deposit is required to hold a kitten, and is viewed as a commitment. Deposits are non-refundable. (Deposits may be applied to another available kitten if necessary.) We cannot verbally hold a kitten.

Visitation is scheduled AFTER a litter has completed their wormers and initial vaccinations at 8-10 weeks. This is for the safety and welfare of the kittens. Those kittens with deposits can meet thier new families at this time. IF there are any available kittens (those without deposits), they can meet prospective families.

Once those on our list have had a chance to pick a kitten we label them on our site.

If a kitten is 'picked' and we are awaiting the deposit to clear, the kitten is listed On Hold.

When we have recieved a signed contract and a cleared deposit on a kitten, the kitten is listed as reserved.

If the kitten has been paid for in full, the kitten is considered SOLD.

A kitten that does not have a deposit after contacting those on our list is considered available, and applications on that kitten are being accepted.

Personal checks are acceptable only as a deposit payment. All final payments must be cash. All funds must be cleared prior to a kitten leaving.
